I AM ADEDAYO ADETUNJI SUNDAY,

Popularly known as Dayo Adetunji, I hail from Ogbomoso, Oyo State, Nigeria, from a polygamous family of 21. I am the number 19 of my family and I am married to Lizzy Adetunji. I am a believer of Christ, Cr8tive Director, Speaker, Author, Entrepreneur, Web designer, Relationship Therapist, Blogger, Philanthropist, Investor, Co-Host – IfeAde❤👑. By the grace of God, I have counseled over 5,000 singles and young married couples into successful relationships.

Helping people is my passion. I love helping people to grow. I believe that approaching difficulties from a Biblical viewpoint can give hope when things seem hopeless. I am passionate about making everyone live a fulfilled life. Life is full of ups and downs and can cause emotional and psychological challenges that can be better addressed in a supportive and nurturing counseling environment.

I believe that past hurts wounds, current challenges and life transitions can be restored when an individual partners with the compassionate God to rediscover strengths and acquire skills to deal with life. My compassion for people and clients compels me to focus on helping people live the life God intended. Jesus said in Matthew 11:28-29; “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavily laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.”

I so much believe that by the special grace of God and Mercy, your life will not remain the same after your experience with me. Welcome!

MY CORE VALUES

My core values are a set of fundamental beliefs, ideals, and practices that inform how I conduct my life spiritually, personally, and professionally.

I am a visionary leader, I am not just driven about the next quarter, I am thinking about the next decade, and communicating effectively to my followers. I keep the big picture in my decision-making.

I am constantly open to learning new things, having a strong sense of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and humility is a key trait that I don’t joke with. It prevents me from becoming insulated from the outside world. In turn, it allows me to focus on becoming a better leader all-around.

I believe someone who is truly wealthy or prosperous possesses great relationships, plenty of freedom, a life filled with joy as well as having more capacity to help others. Adopting wealth as a core value will act as a magnet to achieve other incredible things. Wisdom is the virtue of good judgment. God’s type of wisdom is what gives me an advanced state of personal development that relies on extraordinary knowledge. So, I seek more knowledge to get wise.

Communication and communication strategy is not just part of my real game—it is the game! I always find the best way to communicate my ideas and establish concrete strategies for achievement. Communication is my best way to improve others and bring them to my world.

Faith in God and His power, love, grace, mercy and enablement gives me a winning perspective. This faith shapes my judgment, my expectations. It changes the way I see things and the value I put on everything in life. My faith is what built my self-confidence and boldness. I am conscious of the Holy one behind me.

I believe happiness is the full meaning of life. That we all deserve to be happy and that, in a nutshell, it’s what we’re all after. We want some form of joy, happiness, contentment, inner peace, or bliss. Call it whatever resonates with you but it’s all essentially the same thing. We all want to feel good and be happy.

Integrity makes me secure and confident in who I am as a person. If I don’t have integrity, there’s nothing to help my self-esteem since I am not honest about my morals and values. My confidence comes from being secure in who I am, I’m honest to everyone I meet about who I am and everything I stand for, and even if their values are different from mine, I don’t compromise.

My greatest desire is to see people grow, especially my followers. I focus on my team’s growth and well-being to put their needs first. I believe that when my team members feel personally and professionally fulfilled, they produce high-quality work more efficiently and productively for us all to grow together. My team satisfaction and collaboration are very important to me. I don’t joke with them.

I don’t just have the capability of commanding influence or communicating successfully to my team what my vision is all about, I also motivate everyone in my team with passion and strong commitment that drives and uplifts the entire team to get to work. Commitment helps me stick to my goals during the good times and the bad times.

I demonstrate respect through empowering others, strong communication skills, and recognition of my team’s abilities. Irrespective of who you are or what you have, I have built a culture where I respect and appreciate our differences in love. I believe having diverse viewpoints within my team is a strength, and those who differ from me in opinion should feel as valued as those who aligned with me. Love makes everyone equal.

My goals can only be achieved incrementally through perseverance and patience because they are not just for my generation, but for generations yet to come. I quietly hope and trust that things will turn out right, I wait without complaining. I am tolerant and accept difficulties and mistakes. I picture the end in the beginning and persevere to meet my goals.

I am creative with the ability to come up with new and exciting ideas that solve problems. I deliberately carved out my self-respect, not based on comparisons with others. It is an understanding that comes from knowing that I should be treated with dignity because I am a human being. When I wanted to increase my self-respect, I stop comparing myself with others or trying to keep up with them…

Nobody likes to feel like they are being lied to or deceived, I was once at the point of losing trust with my friends, but God helped me and I gain my trust back. Transparency does not mean telling everyone everything as soon as I hear it — there is a time and a manner in which to convey information. Being transparent about my plans enables me to get better feedback always.

I deliberately take responsibility for my duties and goals and, most times, I own responsibility for the shortcomings of my team. However, I am also prepared to hold my teams accountable for the tasks they are responsible for, which helps to promote personal growth with my team.
